Michael is the CEO of Loral Space & communications Limited. It is his second tour of duty with Loral, having previously been President and Chief Operating Officer. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies. Before joining Loral Corporation in 1981, he was a Partner in the New York law firm of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher.

With more than 25 years in cable and satellite TV, Stu is in a unique position to lead the Company into the HD growth era. He pioneered many innovations while heading TVN Entertainment (the leading provider of Pay-Per-View (PPV) services to cable operators). Those advances are now the standards for managing and distributing digital PPV programming. While Chairman of TVN, he was responsible for growing the company from startup to serving over 50 million TV households with studio and sports content via leading cable and satellite operators including Cablevision, Comcast, AOL Time Warner, Adelphia, Charter, Cox, DirecTV and Dish Network.

Vernon has over 17 years experience in Telecom/Media in a broad range of executive management positions. Before Tangerine, he was head of telecom/media investments and development for SES Astra. During his tenure, SES grew from a Euro-centric operator to a global leader and expanded into satellite video streaming services. Prior to SES, Vern headed a private Media Consultancy and launched DirecTV International.
